This was the first time I'd used a car service, so I was a bit nervous and wanted to make sure my friend would be safe and well taken care of on her 2 hr trip from the airport to the resort. Armando was very professional and quick to respond to my calls and/or texts, making sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. The communication was top notch, which in this day and age....was impressive in and of itself! Emilio, was friendly, professional and an excellent driver. It was so refreshing to have this level of customer service when most companies just don't care anymore. Save yourself the time and frustration of looking anywhere else. From the moment we began preplanning several trips for our large group, Armando was incredibly accommodating, even as we made multiple changes to our itinerary. Despite our modifications, he ensured that every arrival and departure was seamless, handling our evolving plans with professionalism and care. Not only did Armando provide outstanding transportation, but he also went above and beyond by giving us a personalized tour of Seattle and Bellevue. He shared his local knowledge and even took us to his family’s favorite spot for dinner, which was an absolute treat. Every recommendation he made was spot-on, and he made sure we experienced everything we had hoped for—and more. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Armando made it much easier. He kindly stored our car seat while we were on a cruise and brought it back when he picked us up. He went out of his way to engage with our son, making the experience enjoyable for our whole family. By the end of our tour, our toddler was so fond of him that he even gave Armando a big hug! Armando's customer service truly went above and beyond in every way. Armando and SUV Seattle was amazing!! Great communication and service, I had some last minutes changes that they handled with no issues. Pickup at Pier 91 was perfect, Armando was 10 minutes early and communicated he was on his way as well. Great peace of mind having driver communicate at meet up when the port is so hectic. Vehicle was super clean and comfortable. Safe driver. Look no where other than SUV Seattle when in town.
