Despite our modifications, he ensured that every arrival and departure was seamless, handling our evolving plans with professionalism and care. Not only did Armando provide outstanding transportation, but he also went above and beyond by giving us a personalized tour of Seattle and Bellevue. He shared his local knowledge and even took us to his family’s favorite spot for dinner, which was an absolute treat. Every recommendation he made was spot-on, and he made sure we experienced everything we had hoped for—and more. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Armando made it much easier. He kindly stored our car seat while we were on a cruise and brought it back when he picked us up. He went out of his way to engage with our son, making the experience enjoyable for our whole family. By the end of our tour, our toddler was so fond of him that he even gave Armando a big hug! Armando's customer service truly went above and beyond in every way. Armando runs a first class operations and was extremely accommodating in handling some last minute schedule changes. We had service two ways to and from cruise terminal and both drivers were exceptionally professional and safe drivers.
