Fantastic Service! This was the first time I'd used a car service, so I was a bit nervous and wanted to make sure my friend would be safe and well taken care of on her 2 hr trip from the airport to the resort. Armando was very professional and quick to respond to my calls and/or texts, making sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. The communication was top notch, which in this day and age....was impressive in and of itself! Emilio, was friendly, professional and an excellent driver. It was so refreshing to have this level of customer service when most companies just don't care anymore. Save yourself the time and frustration of looking anywhere else. 25 September 2024We used Armando’s service to get from SeaTac airport to our home in Gig Harbor after we found out our ride wouldn’t make it. I contacted him as we were boarding a plane in Phoenix. Armando promptly sent me a quote, followed by an invoice. He was waiting for us on time at the airport. The Lincoln Navigator we rode in was beautiful and meticulously maintained. Armando is very personable, and professional. I don’t normally write reviews, however I feel I should share our positive experience. I highly recommend this service. We will use them again
