Private Chauffeur Transportation Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing transportation services provided by SUV Seattle Services (“Company”). By confirming a reservation or completing payment, the client (“Client”) agrees to be bound by the terms set forth below.

1. Pick-Up Instructions

Sea-Tac Airport Pick-Up (SEA Airport):

Curbside Pick-Up (Standard Service):

  • The chauffeur will contact the Client via text message once positioned at the designated Cell Phone Lot.
  • Upon collecting luggage, the Client must provide the assigned arrivals door number.
  • Estimated curb arrival time is 3-10 minutes, subject to airport traffic conditions.

Important Notice:

All third-party reservations (including TripAdvisor and Viator) include curbside service only unless upgraded in advance.

Meet & Greet Service (Optional Upgrade – $50)

  • The chauffeur meets the client inside baggage claim, holding a personalized name sign.
  • Full luggage assistance included.
  • Escort to the assigned vehicle.

Fee Includes:

  • Meet & Greet coordination.
  • Airport parking fees.

Service Restrictions:

  • Available only for Luxury SUV and Sedan reservations.
  • Not available for Sprinter or Transit Van services.

Van Policy:

  • All van services operate under curbside pick-up only, without exception.
  • Alaska Cruise Terminal Pick-Up (Pier 91 & Pier 66).

Scheduled Pick-Up Windows:

6:30 AM | 7:00 AM | 9:00 AM | 10:00 AM

Chauffeur Communication:

  • The chauffeur will initiate contact upon arrival.
  • Client will have direct real-time communication.

Pier 91:

  • Curbside opposite the taxi stand.
  • Authorized stalls 4-6 only.
  • Handicap stalls 1-2 are prohibited.
  • We do not proceed to rideshare zones.

Pier 66:

Pick-up at Anthony’s Restaurant corner, outside the terminal exit.

  • Service: Meet & Greet (incl. parking) | Vehicle Type: SUV / Sedan| Rate: $50
  • Service: Full Day Rental | Vehicle: Luxury SUV | Rate: $888
  • Service: Full Day Rental | Vehicle: Escalade | Rate: $1,100
  • Service: Full Day Rental | Vehicle: Sprinter/ Transit | Rate: $1,100
  • Service: Seattle City Tour (4 Hours) | Vehicle: SUV | Rate: $490
  • Service: Seattle City Tour (4 Hours) | Vehicle: Van | Rate: $888
  • Service: Leavenworth Tour (Full Day) | Vehicle: SUV | Rate: $999
  • Service: Leavenworth Tour (Full Day) | Vehicle: Van | Rate: $1,390

Note:

Rates do not include gratuity, tolls, or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Reservations

  • Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit.
  • All services are subject to availability.
  • Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change without notice.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • SUV & Sedan Services: Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup.
  • Van Services (Sprinter / Transit): Eligible for 70% refund due to advance allocation and operational costs.
  • No-Show Policy (All Services): Failure to appear without prior notice will result in a 100% charge (non-refundable).
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours may result in partial or no refund.

5. Waiting Time & Overtime

SEA Airport:

  • 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
  • Additional time billed at $2 per minute.

Overtime Rates:

  • SUV: $100/hour
  • Van: $140/hour
  • Sedan: $80/hour

6. Luggage Policy

The client is responsible for providing accurate passenger and luggage information at the time of booking.

Excess luggage may require:

  • Vehicle upgrade.
  • Additional vehicle.
  • Additional charges.

7. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning

The client assumes full responsibility for damages caused during service, including:

  • Interior stains or spills.
  • Physical damage (seats, panels, trim).
  • Excessive cleaning requirements.

Applicable repair or cleaning fees will be charged accordingly.

8. Liability

The company is responsible for passenger safety while inside the vehicle during transport.

The company is not liable for:

  • Injuries occurring while entering or exiting the vehicle.
  • Weather-related incidents (rain, snow, ice).
  • Delays caused by external factors.

9. Force Majeure

The company shall not be held liable for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather.
  • Traffic conditions.
  • Flight delays or cancellations.
  • Government regulations or restrictions.

Rescheduling may be offered, but is not guaranteed.

Capacity may vary depending on luggage size and configuration.

12. Client Agreement

By confirming a reservation or submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement.
