My son had just moved from the East side to the West side and I've been very nervous about getting a ride from the airport. I was lucky to speak with Armando, who took care of all the details and sent me a text with an invoice that confirmed the conversation we had had so that made me very comfortable. I'm a nervous traveler and I was watching the weather which turned out to be very stormy with lots of cancellations, delays, and so on. I must literally have driven Armando crazy with all my calls and texts and rearrangements. He fixed it for me and assured me that everything would be smooth and I quote. "We've got your back." And it was true. When I got to the airport I got a wonderful text from Hector, my driver, who was helping me out at baggage claim. He described what he looked like and the moment I came down the escalator he walked over to greet me and shook my hand. He welcomed me to Seattle and helped me with my luggage and things. He drove me all the way out into the woods on the west side on the very early morning. We talked, we joked, he played music and offered water. It was a wonderful ride and when I call back for another ride I will be asking for Hector. He not only made me feel comfortable and welcomed, he made me feel less bad about the cancellations and reroutings that had just happened. I'm so glad that I was able to find SUV Seattle.
