Every recommendation he made was spot-on, and he made sure we experienced everything we had hoped for—and more. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Armando made it much easier. He kindly stored our car seat while we were on a cruise and brought it back when he picked us up. He went out of his way to engage with our son, making the experience enjoyable for our whole family. By the end of our tour, our toddler was so fond of him that he even gave Armando a big hug! Armando's customer service truly went above and beyond in every way. Armando promptly sent me a quote, followed by an invoice. He was waiting for us on time at the airport. The Lincoln Navigator we rode in was beautiful and meticulously maintained.
