From the moment we began preplanning several trips for our large group, Armando was incredibly accommodating, even as we made multiple changes to our itinerary. Despite our modifications, he ensured that every arrival and departure was seamless, handling our evolving plans with professionalism and care. Not only did Armando provide outstanding transportation, but he also went above and beyond by giving us a personalized tour of Seattle and Bellevue. He shared his local knowledge and even took us to his family’s favorite spot for dinner, which was an absolute treat. Every recommendation he made was spot-on, and he made sure we experienced everything we had hoped for—and more. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Armando made it much easier. He kindly stored our car seat while we were on a cruise and brought it back when he picked us up. He went out of his way to engage with our son, making the experience enjoyable for our whole family. By the end of our tour, our toddler was so fond of him that he even gave Armando a big hug! Armando's customer service truly went above and beyond in every way.
