We used SUV Seattle Services twice recently. We needed a trustworthy service who could pick us up at 3:45 am, and accommodate our unusually large luggage needs for a special trip. The driver was early, kind, and very professional. The vehicle was spotless and we got exactly what we needed. On the return trip, SUV Seattle Services kept an eye on our flight, which made up time in the air and arrived early. We had a message from the driver when we landed saying he was close by, and he timed it so he pulled up just as we were coming out of the terminal. My driver to the airport was on time and very polite and professional, exactly as you would expect. This company shines from here…my flight was cancelled 90 minutes after all the passengers had boarded. We deplaned and waited for another hour. By this time I would not be able to complete my purpose for travel, so I was issued a refund by the airline and started to make my way out of the airport. I sent an email to the SUV Seattle explaining I would not need the return trip I had booked in 4 days, and why. (I wasn’t sure of the policy, and figured I would be out the cost.) Armondo immediately called me and arranged a pickup and return to my home! I was thrilled! I had the most excellent return trip, and only waited about ten minutes at the airport.
